Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ft99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ft99 website at https://ft99.onl, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any related features or services provided therein. By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet on ft99, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Section 1 — Player Eligibility
Registration and use of the ft99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, the Player represents and warrants that they are aged 21 or above. ft99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age verification reveals that a Player is under 21 years of age, ft99 shall immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any net deposits made — minus any winnings that have already been withdrawn — at ft99's sole discretion.
ft99 operates as an online gaming platform primarily serving players resident in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. ft99 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and ft99 accepts no liability in such circumstances.
The following persons are not permitted to hold an ft99 account or participate in any ft99 games or markets: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously had an ft99 account terminated for a breach of these Terms; (c) employees, contractors, directors, or officers of ft99 or its affiliated entities, and immediate family members of the foregoing; (d) persons who are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on ft99 or have been excluded by the platform for any other reason. Any account opened by a Prohibited Person shall be void and all funds held in such account are subject to forfeiture at ft99's discretion.
Section 2 — Account Registration and Security
To register an ft99 account, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid mobile number and a chosen username. Players may register one account per mobile number and per device. ft99 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and to request supporting documentation (such as a national ID card or passport) at any point. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. The Player must not share their credentials with any third party. All activities carried out under a Player's account are the sole responsibility of the account holder, regardless of whether those activities were authorised by the account holder. If the Player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify ft99 immediately at [email protected]. ft99 will never request a Player's password via any channel.
A Player may request voluntary closure of their ft99 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be paid to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. ft99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
Section 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
ft99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfer. All deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in BDT. Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ft99 does not impose a transaction fee on standard deposits, though the Player's mobile money operator or bank may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Players may request withdrawal of their verified account balance at any time subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or such other verified payment method as ft99 may accept. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution. ft99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC verification before processing any withdrawal above a defined threshold.
Winnings resulting from bets settled in the Player's favour are credited to the account balance immediately following settlement. The account balance reflects all credited winnings net of stakes. Winnings from promotional free spins or bonus bets may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. ft99 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a technical error that causes a game outcome to be displayed or settled incorrectly, and reserves the right to correct any such error and resetttle the relevant bet at the correct outcome.
Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotions
New Players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds applicable to the welcome bonus are stated on the promotions page and may be updated from time to time. ft99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict the welcome bonus at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses offered by ft99 are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms: (a) only one bonus may be claimed per offer period unless explicitly stated otherwise; (b) bonuses credited in error must be returned and are not playable; (c) ft99 may require additional verification before crediting any bonus; (d) if ft99 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, such as opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, all bonuses will be void and the account may be closed; (e) the cash value of any bonus is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the promotional terms.
ft99 may offer ongoing promotions including cashback, reload bonuses, VIP programme rewards, free spins, and seasonal offers. Each promotion will carry its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum stakes, wagering requirements, and time limits, which will be published on the promotions page at the time the promotion is active. ft99 may withdraw or modify any ongoing promotion at any time; where a promotion is withdrawn, any progress already made towards meeting its conditions will be reviewed by ft99 on a case-by-case basis.
Section 5 — Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
ft99 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from the account settings page: (a) deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited; (b) session time reminders — alerts after a defined period of continuous play; (c) time-out — a temporary suspension of account access for a period chosen by the Player, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks; (d) self-exclusion — a permanent or long-term suspension of account access, which may be requested by contacting [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. ft99 urges any Player who feels that gaming is adversely affecting their life to use these tools and to seek support.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ft99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities: (a) using any automated software, bot, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform; (b) colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes; (c) exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform's software; (d) using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; (e) opening multiple accounts (whether in the Player's own name or using false identities); (f) engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform. ft99 co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected criminal activity carried out through or against the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ft99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, system outages, communication failures, or the suspension or termination of a Player's account in accordance with these Terms. ft99's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 6 — General Provisions
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ft99 operates. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit either party's liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of ft99 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
